Turkish Journal of Qualitative Research
The Turkish Journal of Qualitative Research is an international peer-reviewed academic journal that aims to evaluate the articles prepared by researchers in all social and natural sciences using a qualitative method in the foreground. Qualitative research, which is based on understanding facts, situations and processes through in-depth analyses and tries to provide a conceptual framework for these insights, can be perceived as a result-oriented and evaluation-oriented approach in which superficial analyses are performed.
Qualitative research has recently come to the fore as a research methodology and is preferred by many researchers. However, various problems may be encountered in applications related to qualitative research. Qualitative research, which is based on understanding facts, situations and processes through in-depth analyses and tries to provide a conceptual framework for these insights, can be perceived as a result-oriented and evaluation-oriented approach in which superficial analyses are performed. This misconception needs to be changed from the point of view of academics, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students.
